THE FIRST STAGE

• The work was half the school — the "Boomerang" part of the school — consisting of 3 floors of classrooms, offices, WCs, etc.

• We've designed, installed, and wired all the mechanical and wet plant throughout the building and fully upgraded the old system to a new BMS system.

• Monitored systems: electric, water, gas, heat meter, air plant monitoring.

• All major HVAC equipment: air handling units, heating, chilled water, DHWS immersion, CO₂ monitoring, natural ventilation systems, pump sets, full building automation, external lighting, and alarm system.

• Full online site-wide BMS system and a front-end graphics package, upgrading the existing system to the new central supervisor.

THE SECOND STAGE

• The other half of the school was knocked down and rebuilt, including an upgrade of the original systems.

• A full new plant room, external plant, and air plant were installed to suit the new building design.

• The front-end supervisor was upgraded for integration with the central BMS supervisor.
