• His majesty's prison service, YOI. encompassing multiple buildings.

• D Wing.

• The building consists of 4 floors of cells, kitchens, gyms and WC's etc.

• We worked and helped with the consultants at the design stage all the way through to commissioning stage.

• We've designed, install and wired all the plant in the full length roof space and wiring through out the building to all plant in the field.

• Monitored Systems, electric, water ,gas and heat meters.

• All major HVAC equipment including air source heat pumps, air handlers, heating, chilled water, DHWS immersion,CO2 monitoring systems, pump sets, full building automation, interfacing with the cell alarm system and the external lighting for emergency response.

• Full on line site wide BMS system and a front-end graphics package paired up to the original system in the works departments central supervisor.
